Uploading 100 data points do not ensure that Facebook will be able to match all 100. This is just a general guideline, and the actual size of your audience may vary depending on your specific goals and the size of your business. In practice, you will need a lot more than 100 people to get the best results. Meta/Facebook needs data in order to optimize the ads.
